Audio Book Review: Christmas Pact

I picked this audiobook in December because I had a few options when choosing my two free Audible Originals. I'm happy I did. My genre of choice is usually not  romance. I'm more of a thriller or fantasy kind of girl. But, after Christmas, I finished a Dean Koontz book and I thought I needed a change of pace. So, I gave this book a chance. The story is totally unreal. Half the time I thought that none of the actions in the story made sense. In this modern world, the romantic interest sounds like a psycho. They barely just met, he proposes to pretend he's the girl's boyfriend and she says yes? There were plenty of special moments like these in the book (especially when they are in her childhood room), but I took it all in, relaxed and enjoyed the story. It was fun, funny and predictable, and it was just what I needed. If you like this type of romantic comedies, you will enjoy this one. I do recommend it. At least I know I love happy endings. cheers! ...

I never loved them. I remember being stuck in a town unable to cross a river (was that even a thing...
